Definitely South Africa. I live in a small town about an hour drive away from Johannesburg, and we have way, way cheaper and way more luxurious mansions here, that runs on solar power and has their own underground water tanks for the whole mansion. You could buy all the mansions in this town for $1 million. And a meal for two cost less than $5. And there are lots of other spectacular options here in South Africa. For security, if you can afford a mansion or game farm with mansion for $1 million, you can afford the best security in this country. And it is just as safe as USA. Just the cost of living is a lot cheaper and you get fresh produce fresh, no gmo's and organic.

It is totally random, the most expensive real estate is about the land and its location, not the building itself. like from Thailand, if you speak hi-end, 1millions not even get you a 1 bedroom condominium in a prime area. but if you talk about the countryside, 1 million are the cost of 7 story apartment building. Small towns have crime the same as large cities do in all parts of the country. Only 7 cities in the top 20 most dangerous are in the Midwest, it's pretty safe. The weather in the Midwest is identical to the east coast and the New England states, so that's 1/3 of the country. Snow for a few months then a few months of extraordinarily beautiful summers. The rest of the country, the South, has tropical storms and hurricanes, not to mention it's below sea level and prone to deadly flooding. The entire West of the country is in a multi year drought and has been on fire for 7 years. Ive been to every part of this country, they all have issues and are all beautiful at the same time. Don't be so full of hate, it's not healthy.
