I see most can't formulate their own opinion. Kyrie can be Batman on his own team. The issue with Celtics was that there were other players not accepting their role, and the coaching staff couldn't figure it out. The young guys got a taste of Fame and didn't want to take a backseat.

I'm a Celtics fan and want Kyrie to stay but I won't be upset if he leaves cause it's about his personal happiness with himself and his families well being at the end of the day. I was never truly upset IT was traded for him cause Kyrie is just a better player and he's had the best statistical numbers of his career playing under Brad. It won't make sense how he complained about the young guys not getting it for the bigger picture with the C's and going to an even younger team with the Nets and overall poor defense as a whole. That's my only knock against him but I get he's from Jersey, grew up a nets fan, family closer to him etc. He said numerous times he's staying from events to commercials, and interviews but all season long the media outside of Boston been trying to push him to leave and I only started believing he's leaving by his recent moves from the home purchase, roc nation sports connection with the nets CEO being a twin of roc nations sports president, and just credible sources saying so. I just I'm not really one to hate players should they leave but it's on Ainge to build around the young core now

I'm a Celtics fan and I know I might stand alone with this opinion but I really think Kyrie should leave the Celtics. I just don't think his personality is the one of a leader or a top player of a Boston franchise. His constant struggle with himself and the world around him and the teams issues last year just threw me off. Not only that but I also think he has physically declined. I don't think he is the same player he was in Cleveland anymore. He doesn't seem that fast, that explosive or even creative. From time to time he had some great layups which are still top of the list but he never showed that insane gear he had in Cleveland in his time in Boston. Don't get me wrong, 90 to 95 % Kyrie is still a very good player but I don't think he as the best player and leader can lead you to a championship. He went from layup machine with a good shot to shot creator with the ability to score at the basket. Maybe it's his knees but in Boston he never seemed that fearless of a rim attacker as he was before. There might be other reasons for that but maybe it's just health and a more mature playing style. But I don't believe it made him a better player. It would be a tough decision, I get it, but I think the Celtics need to figure out who they want to build around and I don't think it should be Kyrie. And I think them not trading for Davis might also be an indication that they believe Kyrie is gone. If Kyrie was to stay they easily could have gone all in with all the picks this year and some of the younger pieces on the squad. They didn't and I think it's partially because they want the pieces to rebuild in a way without Kyrie. At least I hope so.
