Really agree on the benefits of all strength training for runners. When I was starting out in the mountains it took me years to realise and then use strength workouts. BUT what a result when I did! I really noticed a substantial change in my movement mechanics. Now I'm coaching I use strength in my runners plans, I just wish I'd started sooner! Thanks again for your content guys 😊👍

Counting breaths is good, but better is to count breaths per minute and try to reduce this
