I am not a cook. Never enjoyed cooking so I only do it when I want to eat something I can’t find in restaurants. But, my sister raved about her air fryer so I thought I’d give it a go and ended up with the Ninja Foodi. I stumbled on your videos and suddenly I’m inspired to get in there and give this a shot. I just found your channel, I purchased a foodi (arrives tomorrow) so I have watched several of your videos. What I love is as you are adding the ingredients, I am calculating how I can adjust to fit my ketovore/carnivore lifestyle, and the fact you encourage us to adjust to fit our personal preferences which encourages me to think and adjust. This one I can easily adjust the meatloaf for me, and have a complete meal for my kids and grands as well that don't share my diet style. I watched your 2 part interview with CJ and I was saddened to hear you no longer read your comments. Those of us there that are not haters miss out on your valued advice, but I truly understand your need to protect yourself. May all God's love be placed on you.

The glaze we call tomato gravy we put the red peeper seeds, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce. Measurements about the same as yours. Grated carrots about 3/4 cup same for the grated apple. Never thought about putting cheese in my meat loaf before. Sounds great Thanks. Oh and bell pepper about 1/4 cup so hubby can dig them out

Well Louise, I made the meatloaf yesterday as my contribution to an informal dinner with friends last night. I also took a container of the homemade baked beans I made from your recipe a couple of days ago. I hadn’t tasted the meatloaf (other than the tiny test patty) so it was a bit risky. But I needn’t have been concerned because they LOVED it, especially with a generous spoonful of baked beans on the side. It’s a brilliant combination. There was other food on the plates of course, including some very nice roasted vegetables, but I think my (your) meatloaf/baked beans was the star of the show. When I said I was glad it was OK, my friend Mark said it was not OK, it was fantastic. Anyway, thanks Louise. - David fromTasmania.

Definitely going to try this one, we don't have cheesy meatloaf in the UK.

I hope you love it! I've heard that you don't have the same type of crackers I used in the UK, but you can use any cheese biscuit/cracker. I hope you love it!
