Your no BS, clear narration is a refreshing watch from all the other 3d printer reviews. Thanks for staying on subject and not drifting off into the weeds like so many other vloggers. Using a project to show the pros, cons, and steps of SLA 3d printing is a wonderful educational vehicle. As you transitioned from talking about the 3d printer to model building and painting I had to remind myself, Oh right this is a 3d printed model. That quality speaks more to your skills than the 3dprinter.

3D printing really has changed scale modelling. Great model and nice build!
Great video! I actually had a blast working on a very rare 1 of 2 prototype Ariel Atom V8. The one that was on Top Gear a few years ago. We converted the car to left hand drive, then back to right hand drive and I can honestly tell you this car goes zero to "kill you" in less than 3 seconds. The acceleration on the prototype V8 is really incredible! The model you made looks very similar to the V8 atom that I worked on, but ours did not have a center shifter, only flappy paddles. Yours also lacks the wing on the prototype... but overall very close! Thanks for the video!

What initially looked like layer lines is actually artefact from the printers LCD screen, it will most likely be seen at close to vertical surfaces. It will also correspond to the printers resolution, e.g. 35 or 50 microns (compare to 10 microns of layer height in this case). Can't really be amended except for anti aliasing and/or orientation of the part.

Supports and sprues Supports when you print Sprues when you cast / injection mold. They allow the fill material to reach all details. If however you were to take a printed model leave the Supports on, form a mold around the parts then use the lost-wax / lost-plastic casting method you would turn the Supports to sprues.

beautiful print man! i noticed when you were attaching the front side markers that you applied the glue to the fender and when you came back with the lights that glue was almost dry and it looked like there was also some semi cured glue on the post. is that right? i picked up some BSi maxi and super on your recommendation but its really wet. the parts move around a lot and i find myself having to hold tings in place for awhile. but you always seem to be able to just set it, and it holds. are you using an activator, or maybe im using too much? regardless, i love watching and learning from you. its very helpful, especially the editing with the product info plus all your helpful tips. really great videos. thanks a lot

Hi at the beginning you said to add support where need, but how would one know where it's needed or not needed?

If a part is floating in the air and not well supported. Or a part that will be the base for a big piece that is going on top of it in the print

You could leave them in the sun. A curing box is a bit more precise and powerfull
