wildcardNS yes it reduces the negative impact of blue light. Keep your monitor settings and blue light specs, they may help as well. The research on long term blue light exposure is still in early stages, so frankly there’s a lot we just don’t know yet. We don’t know how much it increases risk of disease later in life, for example, but we do know it contributes to eye strain, sleep issues, headaches, etc. Screen Shield Pro is no magic fix, but it helps fill the gap in our diets and can help with those issues. If you don’t think it’s doing anything, we’ll gladly refund you in 60 days. No questions asked. We love standing up to challenges like this, there’s plenty of science supporting these ingredients and a ton of snake oil imposters out there. Please keep being skeptical! Tweet us at @eyepromisegg and we can talk through anything you’d like. Worst case, ignore us and keep supporting Musty. He’s a badass.

For anyone on *drill 8* the best I can describe is you want the top of your car to be coming around to face the corner your taking. So start with a regular air roll then go into the kuxir until you change direction and either go back to regular straight when your happy with the angle you've got (e.g. wait for the kuxir spin to point you straight up) or begin the regular air rolls when the car is a slight angle from the kuxir spin to maintain a curve momentum (however you will need to straighten yourself back up as to not hit anything) NOTE: This is only what I've found out from about 3 hours of practicing this so take it with a pinch of salt as I'm not 100% but it is starting to work a bit for me

I feel like 4 should be changed bc there are plenty of scenarios where the kickoff can end up on your side but you get possession. Or kickoff goals shot from your side. I'd say it should largely be based on possession, not ball location Edit: tho, the way you do the drill is certainly better for practicing winning kickoffs. I guess my thought is, it's not kickoffs that win you games, it's kickoff possession. Winning kickoffs can be a part of this, but boost conservation, recovery skills, shot accuracy, etc. are also just as, if not, more relevant in a lot of scenarios and could be incorporated better into the drill imo

Very good video! I actually never saw any youtuber or coach recommend flying around on the pillars map, but discovered it for myself around 2 months ago. It's indeed very very helpful and effective and a good alternative for console players, who cannot play the custom workshop maps which they have for PC. Thumbs up!

Expect greatness and be just as good as musty, but this will take hours of practice and frustration but it will help
