Hi man, great to see mention of new fire extinguisher. In the UK its a "Water Mist" and is classified fo all fires (except metal)... not cheap, but well worth the investment over powder!!

That needs tethering to lifejackets so it doesn’t float off like it fell out when you opened it

I doesn't even float, it will just sink... But in Spinlock Deckvest 5D 6D and Vito there is a dedicated clip for a personal AIS and a point to tether it to.

The MOB is normally attached to the manual inflation tube of the life jacket.

Yes, but it is tethered inside of the lifejacket, so it cannot float away too far
