On Amazon they have a water bowl that is meant for cows,horses,pig,and sheep. I found them by looking for a pig waterer bowl.

Do not use your vacuum on drywall dust it will burn the motor out. check with store you bought it from if filter is made for drywall.dust !

You could maybe use a single hot wire across the water (ala Greg Judy) to both keep them out and train them to a single wire. Sheep too maybe? A single wire could make your life easier in the future?
