Every time I stubble on your videos, I get reengaged and stay until the end. Always great content, and I always walk away with something my 55-year old memory has left to wayside!😮 Thanks for keeping things fresh!

Great video Nikki! I haven’t heard you talk about FIRE or FI, and if it’s feasible or financially prudent for individuals that want to go that direction. Would love to see a video with your thoughts about it 🙏

Hi! I've done an interview with a mentoring student of mine that is going for FIRE kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWGlmmuOn9qfga8 , and I'm about to put out another similar video with another student. I can also do a video directly on this topic for you!

@@SheTalksFinance Hi Nikki, very cool! Super helpful video. I'm in a situation that's maybe 75% identical, though I'm very taxable-brokerage heavy as far as investing focus. I'll think about your offer, and I'll be on the lookout for that other video 🙂👍

Oh well..I guess I still keep doing it incorrectly...I invest in real estate by purchasing my own home out here in the wilds of Alaska, but then again, I also own a mutual fund REIT. I have chosen some growth mutual funds and some silly dividend paying value funds, I have some commodity funds vs my consumer staple funds. I own some physical metals vs a gold fund...I am so stupid at this investing game.
