Im a firm believer that nobody knows what they are talking about. These blanket diets that are the best or most ideal mean nothing. Your body talks to you daily its our job to listen. One day we will know on a individual level whats best for us. Everyone is so different.

I could not agree more! I think this about every subject. We're all just guessing and most people are trying to make money off of other people. Our body does talk to us. We just don't listen.

I love every podcast it’s put out by Max. Just not long ago I started to watch podcast on KZbin. What is the reason not to do any kind of introduction of the guest. You just jump right in. I use Dr. Cabral’s detox every 3-4 months. Also his tests and some supplements and protocols. His book is eye opening. Everyone should read it.

I believe that all of the content Max puts out there doesn't suit everyone, but there's at least something you can take away from all of the posts. I couldn't really be dismissive because we can all gain something. Keep going Max i learn something new every week. Thank you.
