I do think it's a bit scummy to buy a game planning to get a refund for it, but it's clear that you weren't doing it as a way of playing the game for effectively free, and I really doubt from is gonna go bankrupt from one extra refund for game thats like three years old. Now if a shit ton of people copy cat that video and you have like dozens or hundreds of people refunding the game, then I think there's a problem there, but it doesn't seem like thats the case.

thats incredibly hard to do for the average gamer, and he has bought the game multiple times since he has to make new accs to do the runs like that. You are on the wrong video tho
