Love Edinburgh - great shopping, food and people. My wife and I used to fly up to Edinburgh, stay in a B&B for a few days and do our Christmas shopping. There is a sword shop that specializes in hand made swords - we'd buy a different style each year. This was back in the day when you could carry a 6 foot long double-handed lowland sword onto the airplane and place it into a flight attendant's closet for the hour trip home...

Went here in December and the food is so good and was nice that the service matched it. There’s a breakfast place called honeycomb and co In Edinburgh which is the best French toast I’ve had.

Being originally from Texas, I have popped in to Buck's for the chicken fried steak burger. I get the Buck's 25 sauce on it, cut the sides off for the missus and eat hell for leather. It feels like home. I am not a wings person or parkora but will give them a bash next weekend. The chicken burger at £16 seems steep but feeds 3. Well worth it and then some. Dont forget to grab a beanie, quality and right time of year for em. It set me back more than my burger but will last ages. Cheers for this.

Edinburgh native here, it is an expensive city for those that’s say it’s not. Bucks Bar however is brilliantly priced for the food. Sensational burgers. Can honestly say it’s 10/10!

Bucks Bar is unreal scran. By far the best fried chicken food ive ever tried. They got 3 in Glasgow and they are all as good as each other. Bucks bar run Thundercats restauraunt aswell in glasgow. Slightly different menu, on my to do list 😍
