“We’re Drowning In Information, and We’re Starving For Wisdom” - I had to stop the video to really let that sink in my mind. I’m 40 years old and I was around before the internet, when we had to actually go talk to people for information. The truth is you need Wisdom, we need Wisdom. You don’t need more information in order to go take action, in fact you would be better off with less talk and noise. Go do it.

Words cannot express my gratitude toward Tony Robbins! Over 25 years ago, Tony and his work transformed my life. I went from being a man crippled by shyness and low self-esteem to becoming a highly-successful executive, consultant to multi-billion dollar companies, and one of the most highly-rated therapists in southern California. Tony was, and still is, THE MAN!

Tony Robbins books and cassette tapes back in the day helped me get off the ground as a 20 year old entrepreneur I am very fortunate now in my 50s I can attribute this surely to reading some of his books and incorporating his strategies. He’s still amazing. I remember he would outstretch his hand or maybe would in sequence and then we would take a deep inhalation and either strike our chest or bend in an arc. I went to a lecture he gave. Study up on this guy. He’s a great teacher. Thanks for posting the interview.

Tony needs to talk to people who suffer from depression. Not sad because you going through something but depression. I hve zero reason to b depressed. But life is a struggle everyday for me. I think when people have suffered abuse for years on end something happens to their brain living in survival mode. The brain chemistry will not go back to normal, it’s damaged. All the positive meditation does not help me at all. I wish it did. Tony never suffered from depression. He don’t talk like he ever did that’s for sure.

Honestly psilocybin definitely had a profound impact on my life. Also changing my mindset yes. Ultimately though the MOST PROFOUND, DEPRESSION KILLER, ANXIETY BREAKER, FULFILLER & ultimate thing we ALL NEED most song even know is God !!! I was so lost at one point in my life looking for things to fill me and that’s what even single human does. They are striving to find their purpose, find what fills them, gain more “success” to feel better and accomplished in life and like they have something to show but the very true reality is we all have a God shapes hole in our hearts ONLY Jesus can fill. We’re so set on looking for a purpose when we were created with a purpose. This is why so many people that think the purpose is something finally at the success of achieving that, but still feel unfulfilled. God has given you a purpose and you can only find that coming to Him. You don’t have to earn it you already have it. It’s such an incredibly beautiful thing when His spirit moves in you and shows you it doesn’t matter what others thing , it’s a relief of people pleasing and even feeling like you have to be a certain way that society has set the standard for (although I’m still a HUGE believer in pushing yourself to be the best in what you can and using wisdom) even for business relationships. When you got GOD the creator of all by your side and He has the final say and you’re His child (which btw God doesn’t have favorites. He wants all to be His children, most people just don’t choose Jesus they choose to be the God of their own life and not include Him in it) anyways as I was saying when you’re the creators Child HE WILL PROVIDE IT ALL! Nobody can stop you again NOBODY can stop you from reaching what He has set out for you if you follow Him. Your unstoppable filling Him. That’s a fact! Now this is not to say be lazy, don’t work hard, don’t care about skill building and think you’re gonna be successful here on earth on ways like business if you follow Him NO not what I’m saying…infact laziness/sloth is a sin. We are supposed to be hard workers. Either way following Him and doing His work is the ultimate success no greater success! No amount of money, assets, earthly relationships will ever add up. Even if you feed over 1M people through the feeding América foundation which shoutout to Tony for doing the right thing!!! THAT IS INCREDIBLE AMEN!!! but even if you help others live a good life here on earth (which nobody has a pass to not help others, that’s one of the reasons God has gave us fellow humans) but the more important question is WHERE IS YOUR SOUL GOING??! This life on earth is like one grain of sand ONE INCREDIBLE GRAIN OF SAND I WILL SAY but eternity which is where we will all be after earth is like 10 Billion x 1000 Billion + whole beaches of sand. It’s far more important. Where is your soul going? Only those who follow The Lord will gain eternity of paradise. Far greater than this life on earth. This life here on earth is like living on $.25 cents a day in America in some dirty small home in the middle of who knows compared to heaven. God is ultimately what we all need if not we will spend our entire lives looking for something to fill that God shaped hole in our hearts and deny Him even though He gifts us with beautiful painting He paints us everyday in the sky, beautiful flowers that bloom He made everyday, clean water and so many other things. Don’t just acknowledge God’s existence but DEVOTE yourself to Him fully! He will take the weight off your shoulders you’ve been carrying He’s been wanting to take for so so long, He’ll remove the depression where you don’t have to rely on anything but Him free of charge, He will fill you with a joy that exceeds any medication, vitamin, diet plan, bank account amount, no book or Ted Talk ever can. A fullness you have never felt before. I can’t explain His love it’s so great. Also He’ll never leave you like others. He’s patient, He’s kind, He loves you more than any human does. Run to God it’s the best thing a human can do. We were never meant to be separated from Him in the first place. This is why we suffer and get so depressed if you really want to get down to the roots. Spend time with your creator. Get in His word and ask Him to speak to you through it (The Bible) it’s not about religion but He wants a RELATIONSHIP with you. Not a distant one where you only call out where you’re in severe need but one where you call to Him for EVERYTHING daily. Talk to Him. He already knows what you’re going through He’s just been waiting for you to stop going to everything else but Him. Run to Jesus. I promise you you’ll never regret it.

Kaylynn thank you for your beautiful comment. Every word you wrote is true. Life has become so difficult for so many people because we have moved further away from our Heavenly Father. Without the faith that I have I couldn't have gotten through the last couple of years and I truly believe that our Father has guided me to get closer to Him so that I would have the tools and understanding to help me live after losing my dad and partner last year. Without reading my Bible and the teachings of our Saviour I would have fallen to pieces. I thank the Lord our God for carrying me and having patience and love for me. God bless you, you brought tears to my eyes.

Tony is so spot on with everything he’s saying . Also , a big reason his conferences are so successful with people is that it gives a sense of community and tribe with others . Shared loved and support , feeling seen and heard . Etc . That is so huge and sooooo lacking in our society . Everyone is lonely and more isolated than ever . Which is contributing to the overwhelming amount of people with anxiety and depression . It’s too bad there isn’t more of his groups or likeminded groups available for everyone to go to either free or more affordable than the 6 grand he charges for such a conference. It’s a powerful healing tool .

When a child grows up living out of their limbic brain, it means that their emotional and survival instincts are driving their behavior and decision-making. This can be the result of complex trauma or chronic stress, which can disrupt the normal development of the brain and lead to a range of physical and mental health problems. Children who grow up living out of their limbic brain may struggle with regulating their emotions and may have difficulty managing stress. They may also have difficulty forming and maintaining healthy relationships, as they may rely on their instincts rather than reasoning and communication to navigate social situations.

Fear is the first emotion we feel when we’re born it’s the reason why we cry and receive comfort when place on our mothers arms second we feel peace. Our minds generate thoughts to create these emotions which leads us make decisions, I believe if you learn what’s right and wrong and ethical when emotions comes like saddens let them go by likes waves they will always come and go that’s just how the human nervous system was created. Never go by how you feel at the moment because once that feeling goes the choices made could not be a wise one. Live everyday being grateful and value what really matters which is Hope peace and love

Curious which cult? I've been a part of a few myself but as an adult and left when things got too weird. I was drawn to the community vibe, the discipline, the unity, the scriptural teachings (2 different belief systems though, one biblical and one Vedic) .. I've heard that trauma as a 3-4 yr child can be very difficult to overcome .... I hope you've found some relief and freedom

I feel like my life is passing me by with my anxiety being SO bad it’s like my life isn’t even worth living. Not having money doesn’t help either.

1.Giving up doesn’t always mean you’re weak, sometimes it means you are strong enough and smart enough to let go and move on to a better place. 2. Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together. 3. When you stop chasing the wrong things you give the right things a chance to catch you. 4. Crying doesn’t indicate that you’re weak. Since birth, it has always been a sign that you are alive and full of present potential. 5. No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying. 6. When other people treat you poorly, keep being you. Don’t ever let someone else’s bitterness or ignorance change the person you are. 7. Spend more time with those who see your worth, and less time with those who you feel pressured to impress... And whatever you do, don't wait around too long for things to change. New paths are made by walking, not waiting. And no, you shouldn’t feel any more confident before you take the next step. Taking the next step is what gradually builds your confidence 8.Don’t try and calm the storm calm yourself first and the storm will pass.. peace🕊

Love you Tony Robbins!!! Thank you Tom!! And I totally get Tom. I have been there where I tried to feel with with mind/head instead of my heart. As much as it pains me to say it, yes it's really the emotion. It's the end and the beginning; it's sloppy, messy and all over the place. But it's also beautiful and profound and makes us human. Tom omg you are so smart and ask the best questions!! Also how is it possible that an hour plus interviews feels like 30 mins lol 😄

Also in the US I think it’s 86 percent of people say they’re lonely. This is the world we live in today. I live in an equestrian community. I live here 13 years and haven’t met one friend, not one. I don’t understand why people today are so stand off ish. It’s horrible.

For 3 decades I suffered from anxiety and depression ,I am now free since I believed in Jesus Christ alone for salvation, Ask Jesus Christ to reveal himself to you, all who call on the name of the Lord will be saved, he heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds. Give Jesus a try .

Psolpcybin works on serotonergic receptors, the same ones impacted by SSRIs. So they are not irrelevant to each pther. Psilocybin appears to be very promosing. But depression is many dofferent causes.
