I watch a LOT of cooking videos, but I have actually cooked a few of yours; and I adore you- your content, your style! You had me with your baked lemon garlic chicken. It’s something I still cook pretty regularly, especially when guests are coming. The bed of potatoes and onions make it a perfect meal. My ex was Latino, I married him at 19 and was immersed in the culture for roughly 14-15 years. My ex sister in law taught me so many Mexican dishes and I love Mexican food, it's my favorite food.
