One of the first things I made with with my air fryer were individual pizzas using either naan or pita bread, came out nice!

Hi kerry. I have made these with leftover veg /chicken curry etc,draining the sauce. You can put a layer of boiled rice on first to absorb the juice. Even putting another slice of bread on the top. Roll out the bread first,helps❤. Great one kerry❤

My gran was from springburn born and bought up, I have some great pics of Glasgow in 1910 or thereabouts but she moved to hillington east (near Braehead) during the war (a new 1930s estate with blocks of 4 maisonettes) she was there til 2009, I miss going there so much - she moved out of tenements for these. Must have seemed like luxury, your own bathroom! Not have to share one with across the stairway😂

@budgetcookinguk Harrison is my youngest son Kerry (a wee surprise he was, lol). Omg Kerry, I'm literally 5 mins from Springburn, I was originally from Milton but now stay in Balornock. Hubby used to work in Hillington, such a small world. I couldn't imagine going outside for the loo, let alone share it with everyone in your "close", bad enough sharing it with the 3 boys and Hubby, haha. I love looking back on old photographs of Glasgow. It's strange how much things have changed, but the odd thing is still there, which you can spot a mile off. Xxxx

I do these...but also add medium cheddar with Mozzerella, as Mozzerella is bland. they are lovely arn't they...You pay a fortune in the shops for them....Another one I do is, spread tomato ketchup on the bread..slice onions thinly cut up a hot dog and put in air fryer as u have done...all the same with bread folding over like your video..filling just different..Its delicious....also same with minced beef onions garlic powder and jalapenos..yum yum. If you put apple in fold over...air fry...then dust with icing sugar when cooked..oh first butter the bread..It tastes like apple turn over. would love for u to try it in one of your videos...loving your channel...so down to earth and naturalxx

Morning Kerry That looks amazing, defo going to try that. Don't laugh Kerry! I just came back from our local lidl today, Saturday morning. (air con is great in there isn't it)? Anyway, I got the lidl card on my phone so I can keep receipts etc like you, and when I got to the till I panicked cos I didn't know where to find it on my phone! There was a queue of people behind me and I don't like keeping people waiting. I thought, where is Kerry when I need her lol 😍 xx

Aww Heather I've done that💕💕, I get queue guilt too, is that a thing? Hate delaying people. Maybe put the lidl app on the top screen on your mobile. If you tap and hold (with your finger), a little bubble should appear saying "home" or similar, tap on that and it should then move to your main "home" screen - hope that makes sense! My dad wants to regularly throw his smart phone against the wall lol

These Pizza Pockets look beautiful but I do not like Mozzarella cheese, can I use normal cheddar instead or do you have a different cheese that you would recommend.
