The lead guitarist from Three Days Grace, Barry Stock, had a heart attack on stage during their Outsider tour. He thought that it was just bad heartburn, so the band kept playing. Barry said that after he had taken a couple of Tums and the pain didn't go away, he realized that it wasn't just heartburn. After the concert he went to the hospital and got everything checked out. He was a heavy smoker for a while and after having that scare, he decided to quit smoking.

I'm completely convinced that you can live through anything as long as you get your way. The only thing that really kills you, besides accidents, etc., is being frustrated and unsatisfied. People that get to do what they want, almost always live forever, like keith Richard's, mick Jagger, Erik Clapton...they get to do what they love, and no matter what they do, they have survived. Getting your own way is the key to a long life. Being angry, frustrated and disappointed guarantees an early death....

Plenty of celebrities who didn't live through their happy lives however so that's not a complete equation you have imo. 3/4ths of the world don't have any control over their own lives for any number of variables bc freedom isn't really free at all. The illusions of grandeur make it seem otherwise and obtainable to anyone but that's just not the reality. It's the sugar that helps the medicine go down, propaganda in other words. So that slaves think slavery is the "norm" in the entire kingdom of God's when in fact slavery hasn't existed in the rest of the kingdom beyond earth for billions of years now. Wheels haven't for millions x years now. So nah that ain't the only problem we have atm but heck yes to getting our own ways! Lol

Ace Frehley as nearly killed in 1976 when he touched an improperly grounded rail while on tour in Lakeland, Florida with KISS. He was electrocuted, fell from the staircase to the stage floor, and was carried backstage, unconscious. The show was almost canceled, but Ace revived and, incredibly, finished the show, even though he had no feeling in his fingers for a long time. The Radiohead "incident" is not actually something that could have done anything to Thom, live mics go into a mixer that then gets sent to a power amplifier. The mixer's voltages/current are incredibly low compared to the power amplifiers they pass the signal on too (even if they somehow were sending the 45v phantom power signal to the mic, which would NOT have enough current to hurt a fly). Also power amps have incredibly low impedance, which would explode the mixer if they were plugged into without there being a transformer to impedance match the signal between. The only way Tom could have got hurt was if he dove onto the power amps while drenched in water and shorted the power stage of the amp where all the dangerous voltages/currents live. They more than likely didn't want Tom destroying the microphone because other acts would need it later lol. Learn some EE and audio EE and you'll know how dumb that shit is.
