When I was a little kid, I was heavily inspired by the gorgeousness of gas giants. I used to do artwork all about that. I was in high school, I dropped artwork, but I remembered the new findings of Jupiter. I'm not great in science, but I remembered how complex it really was in terms of colors. This was a trip that was worth the money.

Juno traveled a total of 1.7 Billion miles to orbit within 2200 miles of the top of the cloud cover of Jupitor. Originally expected to only make 37 orbits in 20 months then succumb to the toxic Jovan atmosphere. 6 years on, it is still going and sending amazing data and pictures back. Kudos to the scientists and engineers. A remarkable feat.

I wish there were an indication, throughout these videos, that would let us know when an image is a real one and when it's an artistic representation. I wondered the whole time which images were actually Jupiter and it's not always easy to tell, especially with that planet, because they all look unreal. It would be nice if you wrote "real" or "artistic" below each image, or if you added timestamps for the real images in the description.

@@brittanychristine1811 How can someone display intellectual curiosity and a total lack of interest for reality in the same sentence? "this is such cool information" but you don't want to know what's real or not about what you see? Do you know how many videos of this kind there are on the internet? Not everyone is here for the information alone. I knew more than half of what he said already, what I'm interested in is the real pictures. I explicitly searched for "real images of Jupiter" and ended up here. In fact, the title says: "REAL IMAGES FROM JUPITER", and you're not interested in knowing which images are actually real images from/of Jupiter?? That's absurd. I guess you knew nothing about space before landing here.

If Jupiter has no solid surface, then how did those asteroids cause such violent explosions when they hit Jupiter a few years ago? Not trying to be argumentative, but rather just very curious because the information is conflicting.

Gravity?😅
@SurajSharmaFourKnob
@SurajSharmaFourKnob Күн бұрын
I think anything hitting anything with enough velocity can cause huge releases of energy. Imagine an asteroid hitting a body of water, or two particles colliding at near the speed of light. These things cause huge amounts of energy to be released. So my understanding is that if the Jovian atmosphere is thick enough and something is travelling fast enough it will probably cause some kind of violent release of energy, either by exploding or burning up. Also deeper into the atmosphere the pressure is so high that some gases turn to liquid and who is to say what else is down there. I might be wrong though but that is what I think.

It's believed the jupiter is in more uniformed state than its look from the outside. Its extremely violent atmospheric shield can shred any object falling in its lower orbits, per instsnce, it shredded the Shoemaker-Levy 9 comet into pieces back in 1994. The comet was consumed in piecemeal by the giant planet, and it has left no trace of such dramatic event in today. It would take jupiter few more billion years to be in solid state.

This might sound really dumb or not but something tells me theres something really espectacular inside of jupiter, something tells me theres a hidden civilization of some sort inside. What a coincidence that it has many unseen things like the 8 storms, the magnetic field and the auroras not formed by the sun.

They sent the images back to us in 1 second, but it took the satellite 30 months to make the trip there. They used a special fiber optic wire the satellite trailed back while it travelled forward and sent us these stunning images.

How long was the camera viewing juno passing Jupiter there? Did the 1080p camera fall into Jupiter's gravitational pull and burn up after the juno sattelites passed by? Will NASA be able to recover the non existent camera that wasn't invented yet watching the juno explorer? Did they launch the 1080p camera before juno was launched? How did NASA develop a 1080p camera before it existed? And then get it into orbit around Jupiter waiting for the juno sattelite to pass by? How did NASA get the non existent 1080p camera in place at the exact position the sattelite explorer would be passing through?

@@ArtistBrianSheffield Omg… it’s a Renderization… of all the data, calculus and actual images they have gathered throughout the years, some shown in this video are the real pictures but most of it’s rendered, actually NASA tell us when a picture is real or a Render. Bro technology is so advanced and you’re stuck in what, 1970? Now days we can even visualize sound because of it’s frequencies, our human eyes have limits of what it can actually see in wave frequencies in the electromagnetic spectrum: gamma waves, X-rays, Ultraviolet, visible light, infrared, microwaves and radio waves. Yeah, we only can see the visual light. How do you think the signal for videos and images can be shown in our TV’s, phones and other devices? Shit… we even created AI that already can see our thoughts and feelings. Quantum physics my dear 😂😂

I am really awestruck and puzzled both at the same time, When they mention the cost of these projects... Like 1.5 billion dollars... It must have took a lot of efforts for NASA to allocate and receive the funds while a long list of businessmen hold such enormous wealth... I wonder if someday every one of them all of them came forward to sponsor these projects... I just wonder sitting here that what else can we experience... A thought to think on...
