This makes me nostalgic for 2012-2013 so much. Back then I was only in middle school but I got my hands on Silent Hill Downpour (yes I know it's not popular but it still holds a special place in my heart as my first Silent Hill game). I remember just endlessly exploring the rainy streets and being amazed and frightened by every new area and monsters that came my way. It took me so long to beat the game since I was still only a kid, but when I finally finished the game, it felt like a chapter in my life was ending. I will always remember you Monocle Man!

It's funny, these songs that once made me scared and nervous, now confort me. The memories of a 6 years old me, playing Silent Hill 2 on a cozy night, are just priceless, what once felt like just another day in our lives, now are a precious past, which many of us would like to return to. And I can't say I'm any diferrent...

It's been more than a year that I'm listening to this playlist every night and then when I'm not felling the best or just want to relaxe. I just wanted to express how much I love this mix and how it helped me (even if it's not that much) when I needed it. It's still to this day, my favorite mix of silent hill and I think will stay for a long time. The choice and the placement of each songs is perfect and the last song "she will usher in the eternal Paradise" hit hard, as it was supposed to be, and it's the best end I could have think of if I was making it. Thank you so much.

This playlist and also RE saferoom music is wonderful for me. I have really bad depression and anxiety, and Actually calm or cheerful music just doesn't work for me sometimes. It feels fake. I can't believe that things are or will be okay. But being from horror games, these tracks, as relaxing as they are, have a hint of danger behind them. They aren't saying everything is okay. They're saying that its okay to take a breather from the undeniable danger. And that...really helps

Here I am again a year later, in the library trying to get all the work done that I've been procrastinating with this as my soundtrack lol. I feel like Heather in this video, stuck sitting here staring aimlessly and getting nothing done, but at least she gets to get up and leave at the end of this one! There are 58 videos in my studying playlist but I always come back to this one, I commented on the original Silent Chill video last time I was here and you replied with a good luck message which I thought was so cool of you. Great work with the improved playlist dude, I love the animation and new tracks. I fucking love Silent Hill so much, thanks for helping to keep the community and love for the games alive with content like this, since Konami obviously can't be bothered :/ Your passion for the series really shines through in these videos. Now I should get on with some work lmao, but thanks for getting me through another year of end-of-term all-nighters man!
