At first I seldom pinned. After 2 yrs and about 100 quilts, I am pinning more because I desire more precision. I use steam quite a lot but have been experimenting without it. Undecided. Didn't use to pin but for accuracy I do more now Such a feeling of pride when things fir together with out pulling and schoosing. Have spray bottle instead of steam and the calcium making the iron not work

I don't pin much. I also prefer to spray water and not use steam. I plan to get a clapper sometime soon. I started sewing (by hand) at a young age and made clothes for years, including wedding dresses. I have been trying to get more and more into quilting the last 5 years or so. Hello there! I've been a subscriber for about a year and a half. That being said, I have to say that I don't understand when anyone watching a person's channel repeatedly, doesn't subscribe. It doesn't cost a dime and if you enjoy the content, let others know that it's worth watching. I also notice that that some presenters have many subscribers but the number of likes doesn't come close to the number who has watched the video. What's up with that?! It's just a click for goodness sake.
