WHY BLACK WOMEN DON'T LIKE US DATING WHITE WOMEN?

The never ending debate about interracial dating is still in full swing and black women are still battling... Or are they? Historically black women have been "overlooked" by black men when it comes to being chosen to marry and they have not been shy about voicing their opinion. Black men are accused of dating outside of their culture, when they become successful and even though it's not all of us, we as whole have been given that stereotype. That stereotype does not apply to me! I happen to love black women and today I'm going to answer this question... Why black women don't like us dating white women?

You said it. It’s the disrespect you get from the person that’s dating outside. I have seen it from sisters too. Trying rub it in your face. I got attitude before from a mixed couple that was looking for me to comment on their child because he was so cute and I refuse to give them the satisfaction and the sister got mad. It’s not the fact that the child wasn’t pretty. It the fact that we think we are pretty only when our skin tone is lighter. Love my peoples.

I had to be more Bold & Handle Business if though the man of the house were no longer there, I'm all woman nothing masculine about me but handling business like a man would, only to keep from being taken advantage of.... It really confuses me when I hear black men say that. No! we're not bitter or angry we just have to step from one role to the next (woman to man) & it's sometimes stressful.... At least when my children were under 18.. & what's crazy is you've done everything right, I didn't have the opportunity to walk away & leave him with the kids. So I did what I had to do.

As a bw ppl try to mess with you for no reason so it’s tough to maintain an eternally bubbly personality when out of nowhere a coworker, person on the street or educator will try to come for you. Even online when looking at something that has nothing to do with bw, ppl will drag bw into it. So I don’t think it has anything to do with bw actually being masculine. That’s just something they say to offend bw. I’ve seen bubbly and optimistic bw get put through the ringer. I know feminine bw who are not valued. Bm proudly love masculine ww so if all bw became the epitome of femininity today these bm would find something else to say. They look for ways to discredit bw. It’s just how their minds are molded. The strong don’t fall for that so if a bm genuinely loves bw he’s strong minded and maybe bw shouldn’t worry about the rest.

I grew up with seeing that bm were never interested in bw..at least not in my area. Even as I got older, they were with white and non-black women. My friend invited a guy she just met out with us for new years one year and he brought his black friend...almost immediately he said, "I dont like or date black girls" anyway all this to say, I've spent 20ish years with the understanding that where I'm from, they dont want us. Im not angry, just used to it. I looked elsewhere and found a good guy. Didn't work out but now I'm currently dating a Jamaican. I think because he was born there, that's what he grew attraction and appreciation towards. He loves dark skin, natural hair, which are things looked down upon from the bm in my area. He also works hard and put himself through school... It just seemed many bw will have to look outside their culture and or race to find men who will appreciate, not tolerate

I wouldn’t just say that. It’s the fact that many of the Black Men that do that bash black women. You ask them why you date them and they say because “Black Women this “and “Black Women that” They view them as the ultimate Prize. Not all but many. I don’t see any other ethnicity of Men doing this. Not White, Arab, Hispanics, African etc. But many Black Men feel so comfortable disrespecting their own race. And the sad part is they hate being profiled and discriminated against but have no Problem doing that to their own women. And People of other races see it and laugh at the Irony. I’m an African and it’s very visible to me. I feel sad for American Black Women. It’s sad that men of their race can’t see their beauty. But they can see it in other races of women. And they don’t like their attributes. But they love a black woman’s attribute in a non black woman’s body. Even if it’s fake. They deserve better. I think it’s due to many factors and no one can stop it but y’all. Not the dating outside y’all race but the bashing and hatred of Black Women. Hope I made sense.

We relate to your struggle in ways that others usually can't. We probably are too much to deal with because we have been out here grinding; going to school, putting up with racism in the workplace, and trying to protect our families and often doing all that alone. A lot of men love using “ submission.” In my opinion, a man does not have to demand submission, or refer to specific Bible verses confirming “submissiveness” of women. When a man honors, respects, commits, edify, cherishes his woman( in public and private), she will naturally respond in kind. But, it starts with VALUES. What values were instilled in you as a man/ woman?

You know what? I've never find white women attractive for me to date them. When I was about 19, my aunt took me and my mom to get blessings from acolytes and they are mostly WW. I told my mom that I don't want them to touch me, I only want black women to touch me, because I feel comfortable and happy among them. There is something about white women that give me the creeps. Like a eerie, or a hostile presence. It's like the older I get, the more I feel about them that's repulsive. I felt nothing but love from black women when I grew up.

It is refreshing to see a black man talking this way. The thumbnail says that black women need black men more. What black men don't realize is that we are the ONLY ones that need black men. It is not only that we need you more. No one else even cares about black men. It is sad that more of them don't realize that. And now black women are walking away. When black men lose black women they will lose the only people who have ever fought for them. And when black women make a decision there is no turning back from it. So sad.

I have grown exhausted with it all I'm so weary and tired behind attempting to be in love with the BM over years I've experienced PTSD because this also stem from my Father in my childhood as well my own brother and no matter how hard I wanted to have a healthy relationship when it came to BM men in general including the men in my family it was a up hill battle, and in this present day I struggle with trust and allowing a man to lead me I had to learn to be tuff because I never felt I had protection from the men in my life or felt accepted or loved by one which created a deep empty wound and at some point of time I had to address my trama and seek a therapist for healing because I had so much anxiety. I've gotten better over time and I'm in the process of healing and learning self love and care, but I still hesitate when being approached by BM because of my lack of trust and it's sad because I want to be open but I just feel like I can't there's so much pain...💔💔💔

You are a true queen and just remember we are a broken people who have had our true identity stolen from us. Study your Bible, Love your self and God will give you the desire of your heart. Let God bring Him to you. A lot of times when we are broken in a relationship we unconsciously choose the same type of toxic men to further breaks us down. Hey there! Just became acquainted with your channel because Successful Ladies Live did a response video to your one about Black women losing interest. I am probably your mom's age (mid-50s). Though college-educated, well-spoken, well-taught and possessing the so-called "pedestal" look (fully ADOS/Black light-skinned with long hair) I experienced rejection, rudeness and even open hostility from many Black guys back in my prime, and not just the young ones. Multiple times Black men who were 10-30 years older than me told me that's why they were with White women when I refused sexual advances or other nonsense. By the time I reached 40, I started to pray and asked God to give us to somebody else. I feel like He honored my prayers. That said, I like your content, and am very proud of the steps you've taken to turn your life around. I believe you will make some Black woman - regardless of shade - a very good husband and your children an excellent father. May God's hand rest upon you in favor.

I agree that Black women need us more. We need generational wealth which typically is only achieved through the black family and I'm in no way advocating that we should be flocking to white women but I have a disagreement with you. You say that Black Women want to build with us but at what point are you referring to and what exactly are we building? The growing narrative I see is that they want a "high value man". Someone who makes 6 figures (approx 8% of Black men in America, possibly less globally), has a house that's expected to be the matrimonial home, a nice car, social status, the expectations to buy them red bottoms and berkin bags (putting our wealth in meaningless things), the list goes on. The majority of this type of men are 40+ when you subtract athletes and entertainers and they expect this out the gate from the time they leave high school which is unrealistic. The fact is we need each other and the community to work together so that our descendants have a chance to maybe have a headstart at achieving some of these things earlier than we can. We also need financial literacy and a wealth mindset. So again I ask at what point and what are they trying to build with us? It sounds like we're cooking and they're bringing a plate when the food is ready. They aren't willing to accept us at 21 as is making 30k/yr and achieving those things with us along the way a lot of times by strategizing and working together. They want it done from the jump and that ish takes time, time they are not willing to wait because they think they can just get someone better (hypergamy). The type of man mentioned above is typically emasculated by our own women, further driving a wedge between us and that can lead Black men to look elsewhere for acceptance. There are also other factors that come into play. I don't hear you discussing things like who they are choosing early in life like the Pookies and Ray Rays or how some of them are becoming single mothers as a result of dealing with those men which also repeats the cycle of poverty. If we're going to discuss accountability it has to be across the board. We need to make better decisions as a collective. And if we're going to talk about building it has to be without preconceived expectations or a sense of entitlement where both parties bring something to the table and are ready to put in the work. P.S. I appreciate you discussing these difficult topics and trying to hold men accountable. I'm not trying to disrespect you, your channel or Black Women. I love my people passionately and want to see us all do better.

Na man our people are just emotionally unstable. we’re the only race of people who complain and make endless videos and posts about it. Every problem in the black community is a problem that other communities have faced and are facing, but we’re just the only ones that put it on front Street 24/7 365.

Everything you've said is 100% I love my black men and will continue to support them. But since they have seemed to find so called peace in another race instead of there own beautiful black women, I'm no longer against dating and possibly even marrying outside of my race either.
