Good video and impressive location! I wonder though who his target audience is. Much likely not the average skateboarder and surfer, not even from abroad and since it's in the middle of nature, also not those hippie type folks, cuz it's just way too expensive, except if the price is for the house and not per person, so it's meant to split among a group.
