I saw your mention of Medeek Suite but I could not find any such extensions to add on. I even looked at their website. I am looking for some comprehensive architectural extension to build houses and buildings, parking lots etc

What I find dishonest about skater is announcing in extension warehouse that it's a free extension when it actually isn't

Unfortunately this is actually a limitation of the Extension Warehouse itself, not something the devs like. Unless you sell the extension directly through the warehouse, the only other option SketchUp gives developers is to list the extension under "free." It's a known thing that a lot of people would like SketchUp to change, but there's not really a better option for extension developers listing their extensions in the warehouse at the moment
