Today on The Skid Factory the 1JZ position is finalised after changing plans and going back to using a rear sump.
The steering rack position is also changed to account for the new engine position and the Engine mounts and gearbox crossmember are fabricated.
Lee then drops around after a cage fight with Dr Snip.

I am from Vic and I just wanted to say thanks Al & Woody! We are 2 weeks into our Stage 4 lockdown after putting up with a long stage 3 lockdown and your weekly videos really are a saviour in these trying times. I have bought merch from your store before and to ensure you keep the content flowing I will buy more, cause I see it as a small price to pay for a weekly sanity break and escapism you two provide!

Its not necessarily size of the rack, but often times the placement on the smaller models that is key. They just proved that. A small rack in just the right space.

It's great to see you experience some of the trials of trying to make an engine swap Fit when everything just seems to be in the way. And you two have got a lot of experience fighting to make it fit and work properly. And it's great to hear and see the amount of work that goes into these engine swaps. Just remember This Is Fun. In the 60's a friends dad was a service manager at a dealer in New York. The UAW Union was in turmoil for whatever reason. A new car was brought back for foul smell. They wound up removing the dashboard to find it, deep as possible was a rotting half of a sandwich, tuna i think he said.
