CPAP vs BiPAP - What’s the difference?

I have a resmed CPAP machine with auto titrate and I removed the humidifier. This machine adjusts the pressure in response to the back pressure of my breathing. It's been going reliably for over 25 years. Its quieter than any others I've seen. I love it. 👌☮🕊

Its easy to program it just go to the clinical menu by holding two buttons
