Oh, I love Hellens! We visited last summer2023. I know what you mean about the paintings. Blew my mind seeing them just right there, no glass, no climate control…wow. I would love to go there again too. Herefordshire and all the West Midlands has so much history on offer. We stayed at a friends house in Eardisley, part of the black and white trail, for 6 weeks

I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it Christine :) The Black & White trail is lovely isn’t it? It would have been nice to share a few more of the villages but evening set in and I ran out of light.
