Since Jesus died on the cross, his resurrection power can live in you once you’re born again and then you’ll have peace that no other religion and nobody else can understand nor attain! The word Yoga- means yoked to Hindu demons! A Christian can find peace in the middle of a storm; everybody else, including Buddhists and Hindus have to retreat into a quiet place to find peace. Which peace is stronger? That’s cause Jesus promises to never leave you that doesn’t mean you’re gonna be on a natural high the whole time on earth, but his peace is strong enough to allow prisoners that are locked up, say they’re freer in the prison than they were on the outside! The more yoga you do, the more angry you’re gonna be at the words that I just wrote which should tell you that there’s a demonic element to what you’re doing! That they’re just words and anger comes out that means Jesus is real and so is the spirit realm!

As a Christian myself (although I don’t do yoga) I know plenty of Christians including my parents who do yoga. I might start for flexibility, and my mum found yoga helped so much with her mental well-being that she became a teacher and passed it on. She is not Hindu, she is a strong Christian, so these practices can co exist. Let’s not judge each other’s lifestyles and instead spread love and peace my friend, because if someone is doing what makes them happy, who are we to stop them? Peace my friend✌️

True Christians tell people about Jesus so they don’t end up in hell, it’s not about being happy on this earth, there’s plenty of verses that say this! Westerners have it backwards: in heaven you get to kick it and be totally happy, right now we’re here to do the work of the Lord; to do the great commission and tell people about Jesus! if you don’t do that you’re doing a great omission which is a great sin to Jesus! You and your mom are lukewarm at best which you’re gonna be spit out of the body of Christ, for not being on fire for Jesus and telling others about how to go to heaven! You’ve probably never heard what I’m saying before, that means you’re going to a lukewarm church and you don’t read the Bible so you need to start reading the Bible! Start in the book of John or 1 of the gospels and underline what sticks out to you so you can remember it and then go to another book after you complete that book! I know yoga has infiltrated churches; that’s because most Christians are part of the onepercent dumb club they know only one percent or less of the Bible, just like pagans! Matthew 28:18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
