I finally realised this in 2022 and have been seeking help . Salt scrubs , sugar scrubs , clary sage helps but I still absorb others Energy. Thank goodness for The Sound Healers . The interesting thing about that topic is that these kinds of toxic people are not blind, they know you carry light, they know you shine, obviously more than them, so they have a sick need to turn it off. I'm going to listen to this because today, just when I was in a chill moment for myself, a random person with narcissistic tendencies wanted to drain my attention by trying to make me feel less. I know that kind of people doesn't deserve my attention, but being an empath I reacted extensively to that. I think that lightworkers and empaths are like "Light wizards from Hogwarts" and narcissists are the dementors, lol. Thank you 🎉

Being an empath is a curse and a blessing last year my wife lost her grandmother and my best friend lost his mother 2 days apart trying to be there for both of them emotionally drained me to the point where I felt like I had lost everything and I wanted to let it all go. Hello everyone. I have an energy vampire, narcissistic sister. She attacks me every given chance and syphons my energy. She doesn't want to change. Unfortunately, it's very hard for me to disconnect especially after intense verbal and physical abuse. She is a violent crazy maker. I have felt all my life like I needed to save her from herself, like she deserves better than what she puts herself and others around her through. Believe it or not, whenever I suggest some techniques so she could feel empowered instead of powerless and instead of dramatic she could feel centered, she downright refuses by saying "I didn't ask for it." It is hard to accept the fact for me that I must let her live in hell so that I can move on. I have done everything I could. Have you ever met someone so blindly resistant to change? What do you think is behind this phenomenon?

They are so ingrained in their own minds that they don’t, can’t and won’t see they need help. You need to let go and love her from a distance. With narcs and abusive people, sharing our techniques empowers them to find flaws and cracks in our paths to healing and peace and they will find ways to rid us of this. Don’t share your technique with others if they are too toxic for you. It’s very important.
