Hi, great video! Would you consider doing a video explaining the recommended positioning of the neck during bench pressing? I have noticed that I get a tight neck after barbell and dumbell bench pressing. I have been reading articles online, but a lot of the information out there is contradicting. Thank you!

@@AndyHTu there is one guy in LA Area, Dr Rude but his prices are hollywood, no way to see that guy, why pay the big $ if you can't see Dr J for the real deal

@@pardonthedank I live in San Jose, so its why I am trying to find a local guy I can keep going to. Then one day Ill try Gregory Johnson and then compare the 2. I'm having shoulder issues right now to fix as well. :)
