Omg I have to have dissectomy and fusion from c3 to c7,, this is going now for 11 years!!! I had 8 months where my hands and arms just hung with severe muscle atrophy and debilitating pain. Surgeons said if I didn’t do surgery my arms would never move again!!! here I am no surgery and just chiropractic and traction!!! Doc everyone with injury needs to do this it WORKS!!!! My arms are very movable all because of chiro!!! Many surgeons are doing surgeries needlessly, anyone going through neck issues DO CHIROPRACTIC NOT SURGERY!!!!

The first stretch on this video relieved my headaches, mobility issues and shockingly... my tinnitus (ear ringing). I must have had a misalignment for years. I don't want to sound dramatic but this is a miracle-level improvement in my life. I found the key with these stretches is to be gentle and take deep breaths. Keep your posture good all day. I have used Dr Rowe's advice on lower back pain for more than 12 months with a great deal of success. By far the best exercise for me is to lift one leg onto a table then bend it at 90 deg from the knee. While holding this position I then lean forward to stretch the lower spine and hip. This is on one of the earlier youtube clips but I am unable to find it again, I am hoping that you can tell me which video I should go to in order to watch it again and recommend it to a friend.

You are absolute magic. I've had a lot of severe spinal pain for a while now. I can't afford to go be seen by anyone yet and I was lying in bed trying to get comfortable enough to go to sleep. I felt SO much relief for the first time in such a long time. I'm going to do these daily and see how this effects my work, my mood and my sleep. I suspect it will all greatly improve. Finally. I can even breathe better. I will still be seen by someone but the relief is real and I am so, so very grateful.

Thanks for this great instructional video. a month and a half ago i was doing a workout by Caroline Girvan, sliped a disc doing a ab lift alt twist around c6 - c7, went to the doctor and he just gave me anti inflamitory and muscle relaxers, i went home and wrapped a resistance band around my neck and hung myself till it popped back into place. This video is a great help for getting and keeping long term help. Thanks again DR.

Thank you thank you for this one. I slept wrong, woke up in terrible pain on right side of my neck Doing it my neck cracked a little. I can turn my head to the right after stretching.

Broke my C1 (anterior and posterior FX) a few years ago. Haven't been to the chiropractor in a while. Always enjoyed the manual traction he did. The fist on chest was the best. Got a crack

That first one with the fist under the chin was fantastic! I've been struggling with a herniated disc on C7 which has really locked up my left arm and shoulder. This stretch felt better than all the pain relief drugs I'm using 🤘

Going to try these and update on my results. I've spent a lot of money trying to fix a pinched nerve in my neck that causes my right arm to lose most strength and go numb. Be ironic if a towel fixes it. Thanks for what you do!

I damaged my nerves from behind the neck which are going in back of the head by watching this video and trying to decompress my neck with a rolled towel, I got instant back of neck and full head numbness, I think occipital nerve is called, I am still numb after 5 months and a half, I hope numbness will go away one day because it’s giving me bad sensations, headeaches and head pressure sometimes.

So here's my story about a week ago I was lying in bed and I had this bright idea to pull on my neck in order to stretch the vertebrae. Not due to pain just because, well, I want to see what would happen. The results were fascinating. I felt light headed and all the sudden. I had this really weird taste in my mouth. It wasn't bad a kind of tasted a little salty, At the same time, I'm feeling high so I have a theory behind all this.I believe that toxins getoxins get stored in our vertebrae. And only way to get it out is by decompressing. So I just listen to this entire video. And I did every stretch and it worked incredibly. And I'm very thankful, but anybody who is listening to this or reading this seriously.Try it I feel high even right now.And I did it like ten minutes ago
