2 ideas for the next video: Get a small amount of min sec prisoners for each "prison" (considerably 20,) have the prisoners share the same dorm, and force them to work in processing the tea/logs in a workshop. As bad as it sounds, your staff need rest, and you'll need to throw down some staff rooms far away from each other and give them the minimum requirements of the sofa and -drinks- tea machine Now, you might be wondering "Why would I do that? Why would I let them stop working?" Your workers would be like "I'm tired, I'm going to go into that staff room so I can rest." and see the -drinks- tea machine, and will be urged to *pay* for tea instead of being allowed to help themselves to inevitably get fired if they steal, because who wouldn't drink tea on a couch instead of just sitting on a couch?
