One of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard in my life, and I totally agree with many comments below, he's so underrated rock singer, and what really breaks my heart about his lack of recognition is that we saw many others "so called artists" that were recognized by the Grammys and inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of fame, but John Waite still didn't, this life couldn't be more unfair 😒💔

Excellent interview and the FIRST one I have seen with John. Always loved his music and songs with The Babys,Bad English and solo. He's the "Euro" version of Eddie Money to me....Good guy, great music and sense of humor and "under the radar". I've got to say that "Isn't it Time" has got to be one of my all time favorite songs. This is coming from a die hard, dedicated Metallica and Slayer superfan. I grew up riding around in my Dad's 1975 Chevy Malibu station wagon. He absolutely loved this song (among others if that gonra) I just love John Waits younger voice where he can just absolutely shred on that song. He still sounds damn good for being an old man. Without the amazing songs and musical art of the 60's and 70's, the amazing heavy music born in the 80's never would have happened. John Waites song writing contributions with The Baby's are legendary!
