When my eGFR was at 47, stage 3A, I drink more plain water, exercise more, eat less meat, more veggies. I am a 67 year old woman, my only exercise is walking. After 3 months, my eGFR gone up to 60. Don't worry, be happy ❤️ stay safe and healthy.

just avoid high salt and fat foods, exercise, maintain healthy weight, and of course no smoking
