Hi, thanks for the valuable insightful knowledge about BRD and PRD! I have a doubt. As I am a fresh learner about Product Development please guide me. My question is As you explained the BRD and PRD with reference to a specific feature like introducing a white board feature, so there are multiple features or events occur in a product! Then how we can write PRD or BRD for entire product! What would be the way? Can I see any sample BRD and PRD for understanding?

In your BRD you can include multiple departments like sales accounts etc and write a single BRD. Eg sales and accounts want to digitise their process. The objective is to provide a solution to digitise the sales and accounts to conduct the business digitally. Now break the requirement further in the next section of the BRD . Hope this helps

Hey Shravan, From last 5 years I am working as a MSSQL developer. I have some experience in Azure DevOps too. I want to switch from this role to PM role. I am very good at SQL. I have also worked on requirement gathering from clients and preparing a Source to target mapping documents. I know how to create user stories and tickets for development in Azure DevOps( Some Scrum Experience) Though I don’t have much experience on the business side but I have consulted one of my friend for his digital marketing company. From getting clients, preparing presentations and how the work needs to be delivered. Can you please suggest me the best way to transition? I was planning to do a CSPO certification. I was not sure about it so thought of getting expert advice from you
