While I appreciate the ATF for the good things they do I noticed a few things the guests said that were disturbing and show where the ATF has turned down the wrong road. 1- "We just enforce the law." Yeah, but lately the ATF has been functioning like a legislative body with bianary triggers and pistol braces/stocks. Literally stuff is legal one day and illegal the next according to the ATF. That's not their job. If a law is unclear then it needs to go back to the lawmakers, not decided upon by a LE agency. 2- "I ask them to show me their guns to make sure they still have them. If you aren't doing anything wrong you should have nothing to hide." That is an absolute tyrant's mindset. It shows a clear lack of respect for citizen's constitutional rights. In his mind if I decide not so show the ATF all my guns when they show up on my porch, I must have something to hide. He considers me a criminal because I chose to enjoy the rights granted to me by the highest law in the land. THAT IS A PROBLEM! The fact that he says it so casually is downright disturbing.

What an incredible podcast you had with these two undercover agents. I’m sure they have much more they can share. I think going off memory on Franks first interview he said the Aryan Brotherhood started up a MC of their own and they threatened to Green Lit every single member of the Hells Angel who I think had banned anymore clubs opening up in Virginia and they didn’t want the AB moving on their turf and I think the Hells Angels had to back down to the AB. Anyway great interview guys!
