Isn't there a difference between error and bug? There is still a third one I can't remember. But I remember learning about the difference between a bug, an error and '????'. And it was a good video thank you.

Yeah it's, bug, error, and defect. There actually is a slight difference, bust most companies just use them interchangeably because high level they all mean "an expected result, and the actual result, when using/testing the application are different"

In the real world yes, you usually want to plan to test things without requirements so you know your scope. In interviews they care more about your thought process so they will leave the scope up to you. This helps them see if you can think outside of the box or are a robot that needs to be spoon-fed everything to do and think about

@@RiyanshiBiswas2021 if you aren’t getting calls, then it’s probably your resume. Make sure you are using keywords that recruiters can easily find and filter for. Also do you have a LinkedIn page that’s updated? How often are you applying for jobs?

@Josh Cab A test management tool like Jira. This is for documentation of test management information such as test cases and, a testing tool such as Postman to test APIs, and possibly a tool that has a recorder like Selenium to record test but many jobs do not require this last part
