Our Last Disney Trip Of 2020! | Doing Christmas Things After Christmas, Jingle Cruise & Treat Review

In today’s vlog we weren’t ready for Christmas to be over so head to Disney World’s Magic Kingdom to see what kind of Christmas-y type things we still do after Christmas. We tried the Twice Upon A Christmas cupcake from Starbucks, which we really liked. It had less frosting and was less sweet than most Disney cupcakes. Then we meet up with our friend, Brooke and her family to ride Jingle Cruise, which is the holiday overlay on the Jungle Cruise. We also got to see Santa on his Christmas cavalcade and Mickey and Minnie on their cavalcade as well. We were so happy to be able to get a little more Christmas-y goodness in before the end of the year! We were also so happy to be able to go to Magic Kingdom one last time in 2020! I love that Disney has a lot of rides that little ones can go on :) when we came last year our youngest was six and he could go on everything at Disney except rock n rollercoaster. Made the whole thing more enjoyable that we could do everything together

Hello guys!!!! I love this video like always. January 6th is Three Kings Day, our family always celebrates it. My mom kept the holiday tradition going when she moved to the states from Puerto Rico. I don't send my kids to school on this day because it's a big celebration in our family every year. Our kids always have two Christmas. LOL

I know you asked what parents Dow with lots of toys. Our son is 7 and when he was Jackson’s age we used to rotate his toys and put half of them up in the attic and rotate them out about every 6 months or so. It was like Christmas to him every time. When he was old enough to notice we told him a fairy took his toys to someone else’s house for a little bit. Also though if you do that make sure to take batteries out of toys so when don’t corrode.

We always used our baby carrier in the lines. We have had many times where the ride line was long and our kids got a good nap in settled into the front pack!

SO curious to know about this cupcake-eating style difference - Tim eats ALL the icing, then the cupcake? I mean - I eat a lot of the icing, then same of the cupcake, and alternate. SO curious. :) BTW - I think the scrim of the train station with the scrim SHWOING the train station is pretty genius (sorry, Tim!). Jenn - I COVET that shirt, every time 1 of you wears it!! I've always loved Jingle Cruise. Wish they'd do that "holiday overlay" on more attractions! You had a good skipper, she was funny. So your must do rides, treats, restaurants. Any tips or tricks about times, weather, what to bring, etc. Like where did Tim know that Universal had hit capacity, that kind of thing. We were there for Christmas and I tried the peppermint cookie in Epcot which was SO good but my husband thought it was a little dry, the yule log and orange bird at MK were both a disappointment as the yul was way too rich we had to toss it. The orange bird was good until the shell tasted straight freezerburnt. The tree cupcake stole the show. It was PERFECT and so tasty

So glad the Harbor House lobster roll is being served again. That’s a favorite as is the Terrace restaurant eating arrangement- I love that place.

The lobster roll at the grand Floridian pool bar is ten times better than the one at Harbor House. Don’t know what’s different but it was so much better. Just a tip if you wanted to give it try.

I’m not sure if you’ve mentioned it before, because I can’t remember, but there is a Facebook page called “Ear for each other” where laid off and furloughed Cast Members showcase their “side-businesses”. There are so many amazing options from baked goods to home decor, etc. It’s a great way to shop small and support our local community!
