Supplies Needed: (affiliate links)
- Medium (4) weight yarn in Red and White - I used:
RHSS Cherry Red ( amzn.to/3CUkL96 )
RHSS Soft White ( amzn.to/46t65v9 )
- 5.50mm (I) crochet hook - I used my favorite crochet hooks Clover Amour ( amzn.to/3XzuueO )
- Yarn Needle - amzn.to/3LB0vgv
- Scissors - amzn.to/3fdEfx3
EXTRA NOTES:
- Beginning chain 2 do not count as stitches
GAUGE: 10 STs x 6 Rows = 4” x 4” in DC
Adjust hook size up or down to meet gauge.

@the turtle trunk. TIP: keep one color nearer to you or front. 2nd color down below maybe at your feet/below/ back. It keeps the yarn from tangling and makes it unnecsearary to re organize. Tip from you tuber Daisy farm crafts. Her technique it works Clutch.

Thank you for another unique project. As a Canadian I had to start it right away. Your instructions are very clear up to row 18 including how to make and use the bobbins. Is it possible to either provide some instructions for rows 18- 23 how to carry the opposite color 1-5 stitches to keep blanket pleasing on both sides. Or direct me to one of your videos that describes that technique Thank you

OMG I have to make this! Do you think it could be made with the cobble stitch?? Or maybe fo the white in DC and the red in cobble to give it a 3D look??😮

I've also seen one of those plastic totes with a snap on lid used. They just drilled multiple holes on one side in a horizontal line then fed the yarn through the holes. Make sure to sand off any rough edges around the holes. It keeps the skeins neat and clean. 👍

Wish the video explained it all. It covers the easy part but once you get to the harder part it skips to the border. Makes no sense and the pattern does not explain it. Only got half the project done. Super disappointing. Major waste of time
