Because I am a jerk, Superman did _not_ "reverse time" in the first movie. He traveled back in time. If he'd actually reversed time, all the disasters that he prevented before that would have happened.

If you're in a vehicle going 60mph east, then anything staying still is going 60mph west. Anything traveling 60mph west is going 120mph west to you.

Yeah man I completely agree Alan Ritchson would be awesome as Superman in fact I think Alan Ritchson could take it to another whole level . . . He kills a lot of people in Reacher it would be awesome to see him in a role that was above all that killing and still so badass he makes people wet themselves. He has the build the size and the acting chops to crush that role . . . I think the most difficult thing for him to learn might be the Clark Kent persona lol

Though I disagree with most of your list, I like your #1. Catching Lois then the helicopter is badass. (The scene with Lois's death and going back in time is less "baddass" but more "human". Even Superman has a breaking point.) That said, I think that if you're talking about Superman "flexing", then it'd be the scene shortly after the helicopter rescue. Not the thief climbing the building. Not Superman taking on the thieves on the boat. Not even Superman carrying the boat to the police headquarters. Nope. I'm talking about when he rescues the cat caught up a tree. He's doing all that stuff, saving countless lives and stopping some serious crime. Through all that, he hears a little girl crying for something. He takes a look, sees a cat in a tree and thinks, "Yeah, I've got time to help with that." Also, I think your list should have considered stuff other than films. For total Superman badassery, just look at his take down of The Elite in "Superman Vs The Elite".

That is one of the worst scenes in the character's history, and one of many reasons I hate that film. I have no problem with him lifting an island. Heck, he can move entire planets and I'm okay with it. However, he should barely be able to move a marble if that marble is made of kryptonite. Him lifting an island made of kryptonite is just plane stupid.

Zodd was a general however not that "Elite" of a fighter because if you remember in the beginning Supes father Jor El took out Zodd and Zodds whole team on Krypton the day they arrested Zodd.. so either Kal El is a chip off his dad's own block or the El family are also Kryptonian Elite fighters even though his dad was a scientist.. And the Martian Manhunters name is J'onn J'onzz ..

Brandon Routh was incredible, he actually played Christopher Reeve playing Superman. That's something that requires you to act totally without ego. That said, Henry Cavill is also an awesome guy and plays heroic characters like an absolute legend 👍
