I'm speechless! All great actors in this version of Roadhouse but this will never compare to the original. If this version to the younger crowd is the only one that you have seen then I'm sure you will think it's the best. I'm old school and my favorite is the original but the new one is great as well. Movies these days ,as well as good songs are being rebranded and using differerent actors . Songs are being claimed as originals are taken from old songs and changing one or two guitar riffs and claiming to never been heard . Just look it up on wharever search engine you desire . Chuck Berry , yes the one that wrote or recorded JOHNNY BE GOOD , is still having parts of the song mixed in with any of the big bands of the 70’s up until today are doing this kind of thing . But , when heard by the person or the company hears the songs ,they file lawsuits for using parts of old songs and mixing them in with a new song they have claimed is their work, when in fact it is not. All of these things can be researched if you want to do that , but as for me , if a group wants to steal from others work , they usualy have to pay royalties to whomever claims it’s their original work.
