Good opening but getting yawn in the middle, bleh in the end, it's too mainstream, not really inspired. Obviously people need more manager rather than leaders, to pull out their strength. At least if they are not getting great leader in their lifetime, they are at least manageable. Great leaders literally a great manager, but fine manager is good enough.
