Adding a bit of water to the soil mixer seems to cut down on the 'dust', which helps me worry less about what you are breathing in 🙂

I totally feel you! I work in public health and my lungs tighten up a bit just seeing all the particles in the air. Once or twice won’t kill you but overtime they are bound to develop some sort of chronic pulmonary disease. I hope they consider using a mask more often!

My wife gardens in Illinois and Arizona. She takes lilies, and seeds to Arizona to plant. Everyone in AZ told her they wouldn’t grow but she has snapdragons that have grown and bloomed for over 10 years in AZ. We have bird of paradise that have bloomed every spring since she planted them 8 years ago.

Bubble gum petunias are an amazing flower. Have you tried “snowdrift” yet? It gets the same size but they are white.

I wanted to add a photo of our petunias last year but could not figure out how. Maybe later. How often do you post new videos? At least I feel like I am helping helping you by “helping grow your channel‼️” I will be on the lookout for the snowdrift for sure. I never liked petunias because of all the deadheading, but these Proven Winners are 👍👍👍‼️I forgot to mention we live in Louisiana, about 90 miles North of New Orleans.
