You kept to your word: the woman that started your amazing video is not the woman that exited it. And I’ve found that builds onto itself, as I’ve watched this 10 times already, and have become 10 stronger versions of myself. Your words are so (respectfully) simple, but when you’re in a haze, that complex psychological jargon is too much to process. It’s not relatable. This is relatable. This is authentic and elemental. You are teaching me how to parent myself and not be so ridiculous when emotions inevitably storm in. Thank you, from the bottom corner of my heart: thank you so so much.🙏

I’m 20 years old and for so long I felt 16 still. My old self died about 3 weeks ago. And ever since I’ve worked to be that 20 year old woman that I am. And I can finally say, I feel 20. And I just want to say that God himself sent me you because I was just telling him I was ready for love and to get fit and to find a husband after never being in relationship because I saw the damage it did to women around me. The thing you said about it effecting your mortality was nothing but the truth. That’s why I’m giving my love to God because I don’t want to make a foolish decision that could end my life that must be lived to the fullest extent.

Do no pretend or fool yourself. The words we use are important. But she right your are subconsciously training your brain with assertiveness and affirming confidence.
