The amazing part about this song is this isn't even Prince highest or deepest notes. Prince could sing super deep baritone, he could mimic a bass guitar easily. To singing incredibly high notes, Prince could sing very close to a C8 the highest note on piano. This doesn't count he was such an incredible bass player, guitar player, dancer, writer, producer, engineer, drummer, pianist. I also absolutely love that Prince could sing in reverance for women & yet come from a place of power doing it. Prince is the best to ever do it. If i wasn't gen z i would have seen Prince a billion times. Love this reaction! 🤗

Love this song. Prince put out an advertisement in the papers looking for the most beautiful girl in the world. It was a contest and those whose entries won, starred as the girls in the video. Also the last woman is a beloved local activist from Minneapolis who dedicated takes her life to improving the brown/black communities of the city. Prince was a genius!

The P is NOT for pussyCAT and you know it. Stop the cap. Now Prince did have songs about pussycats, but even those were not really about pussycats...."La La La, Hee Hee Hee" from 1987, "Scarlet Pussy" from 1988, and now that the Prince Vault is opened, 1984's "Velvet Kitty Cat" put on the Special Edition version of Purple Rain.

Check out Prince's video for "I Could Never Take The Place of Your Man." it's a catchy rock/pop song with a lot of color and energy, and he finishes it off with a very cool guitar solo. I think you both would enjoy it.
