To answer your question, Yes I think that's very very bad... Just like the FBI copying down license plate numbers of those that have a voice in a city hall meeting, anytime free Americans are being investigated for having a voice and not allowing government to do or say whatever they wish without redress. Can they do it? I don't see why those that pay their salary would allow such misuse of funding to investigate innocent people, or people they may have a disdain for.. Not if a contracted employees contract says differently, then they would be violating said contract. Sounds to me like a reasonable standard for a government agent to have more than a want before taking someone's picture and disseminating it... He came across that information while in the performance of his duties, that makes it the perpetual property of his employer not himself... So when you dissipate information that's not your own that in itself is a crime. Now the question becomes why was the picture taken, nefarious reasons or ill intent? He's going to disseminate that to his armed friends and say what underneath that image that does not belong to that officer? Also sounds like it could very well be construed as a intimidation tactic for future retribution, harassment at the very bare minimum, truthfully to me it sounds like deprivation of rights under threat, coercion and intimidation. That officer taking that auditor's picture he was attempting to send a message. You think it worked? Things like this only fuel the fire kid.

Just found your channel not long ago I use to live in Schenectady for years born there then moved to Rome NY in 2003 till 2023 now live in Cocksackie NY Yea some cops are bad I was detained arrested in Rome NY back in 2007 I new what happened was wrong & excisive force because the cop held a gun on me so I sued I was in cuffs for 45 minutes with gun on me then let go I ended up suing & won the judge ruled excessive force then in 2012 the cop was sued again for the same exact thing & the lawsuit was won Then a few years later the same cop showed up in the news he had gotten in trouble cause he went home after his shift & SA his kids baby sitter he was fired from force they say he could have got 4 years & because he was a cop they weren't soft on him but yet only gave him 6 months in jail he did get 10 years probation & on the offender list but still I think he should have gotten 4 years also the scum bag I don't like cops because of that reason I know there are some good but sometimes u can't tell who's good & who is bad
