@@D00M3R-SK8 No you probably won't find much on the matter. What I learned from the experience the title originally focused on Skirmish play. Became a hit and the story campaign was whipped together as an afterthought. Overall it is just a polished look, however players just getting into the game will automatically start campaign. And that's where so many frustrations lay. It boils down to Tech Tree. They just all end up as a trap and if they don't select specific path (and there's a LOT of unlockables on that tree), well just simply cannot progress further into the story any of the map paths. For try before you buy, FitGirl store has amazing deal on this game. I wanted to like it real bad but was pulled into hopelessness after reading so many forum posts by people who were tricked.

They can build an advanced tesla tower for range of buildings. Build towers, tents, fisherman huts and lumber mills. Can also build highly advanced guns and armor. But can't build snipers. yeah that TOTALLY makes sense

Over-supply is only sold if you have a market, which is near impossible 20 minutes into a game. The main issue was him building towers which are really expensive and not cost efficient, depending on the scenario. 80% of the time you're better off just standing archers behind double walls

Do not play like this guy unless you want to fail, there are lots of bad choices in this playthrough. I understand he is new to the game, but I really think it would have been a better video if he had more experience. Some advice: 1. PAUSE THE GAME - At any point where you need to build, pause the game to do so. This allows you to plan your base and if you place a building in the wrong place you can delete it without a cost penalty in the paused mode. This player loses materials each time he deletes a building when not paused. 2. BUILD CHOKE POINTS - At 10:43 the player should have built at a right angle from the rock to the water. Then from the trees to the water creating two separate walls. Instead he builds 1 wall around his base. Where possible narrow the zombies into choke points, making it easier for you to focus your defence effort. In this case he would have to potentially man a VERY long side wall to his base. Instead he could mass units and towers along two short walls which is much more effective for killing arcs etc. Multiple walls and layered defences = Less chance of death. 3. START ON EASY - Play the game on the easiest settings a couple of times to get a chance to build everything and properly try out all the units. This really helped me work out what is worth rushing etc. 4.EXPLORE - Always be exploring the map with some units. There are stashes of resources that you can find to boost your economy. It is also important to PLAN how you are going to build and not doing it on whim. Exploring is also a good way to level up your troops to veteran status, which increases their stats. My Thoughts: I love this game so far. I do hope that we see a multiplayer / co-op option in later development. Happy gaming all.

I never really react to poor choices made by a LPer but holy poop at the 17:46 mark I was like "bro, did you not see that tesla tower go down?" and having known that zeds were a problem there and heeding your earlier warning of "tents + zeds = game over" when you started to plunk down those tents where there is a zombie problem and with no real protection. I started laughing and heated up some pizza to watch what could potentially happen. Im glad I randomly ran into this video as this game is a very interesting take on zombie survival and RTS. Plus the art style captures the right mood.

When you expand and defend make sure you use the lakes and mountains as choke points with walls and gates. You can funnel your enemy into what's called in the military as a fatal funnel. Allows for easy defense because how they can assault and you can overlap fire easily.

Yeah, he was playing pretty poorly. Wall are absolutely amazing in this game, you can easily repair all damages with a single button click too. The game's focus is on the strategy more than anything, and this is a game where you have to focus on avoiding casualties at all costs.
