Tiene muy buena pinta. Pero te doy un consejo que va a ayudar a mucha gente en próximos vídeos. Sería interesante que, cuando esté finalizado todo el proceso, abrieras al medio una de las piezas, incluso en 2 o 3 trozos, para ver la textura. Si es crujiente, esponjosa, si es duro, blando..para mí eso es esencial y te faltó ese paso. Solo se ve que le falta un trozo pero nos perdimos lo más importante. Esa información se agradece. Gracias

Hallo, wenn jemand den normalen Kümmel nicht mag, nehmt den Türkischen Schwarzkümmel 👍der ist auf den Fladenbrot drauf !!! Wenn ich Kekse backe verwende ich den auch mit Seam zusammen. Probiert es einmal aus, das schmeckt Gruß
