He (Ralph) is, however, mentioned by "Wells" when a meta confronted him about lives broken and lost to the accelerator in S1, because the meta's friends died that night. This short is actually from a S5 episode

I can’t stop laughing at this scene over and over again! It’s a total gem of a comedic relief!
