I have Crohn’s disease and also run a business. It was super debilitating when I had my first flare up. I stopped everything and struggled to figure out how to do the most basic of things. The lesson I learnt during that flare up is how to delegate and hire someone to help me run the business. “Letting go” was the biggest lesson the flare up taught me. Now I’ve been in remission for over 4 years. If you suffer from UC/Crohn’s, there is hope! 🙏🏽❤️

I have a lot of thoughts on this video. As a young entrepreneur myself I definitely got caught up in the complexity as well. While I was leagues below where Ari was I had to cut off a lot of things because it wasn’t bringing me joy. Sure I now have less opportunity for money, time freedom, and the whole picture of “success”, but I feel most happy when I’m with my family and friends, not spending every waking second trying to optimize my time. There is beauty in stillness.
