What of the things that I love the TW (there's so many things I love about them) is that they are so funny and goofy and relatable off stage, but once they are on that stage, they are grizzled veterans that I would I would put up against any band in the world if the objective was to blow away the crowd with a fresh new sound. They are great, and so are you 3.

The guitar Dany is playing is a custom PRS 24-08. She loves that guitar, it's her "baby". The white Gibson Explorer ,that you will also see her playing in this concert, was gifted to her by Lzzy Hale, when they toured with Halestorm, summer '22 in the middle of TW set. Dany needed change guitars for the next song, the tech came out and took her guitar but didn't bring another. Lzzy then came out and presented it to Dany on bended knee. Dany thought she just got to borrow Lzzy's guitar, after the set, Lzzy told Dany it was hers, a gift. There are videos of this on yt.

Also, I've said it before, but it always amazes me how easily they transition from your goofy little sisters off-stage to complete rockstars on-stage and back again. This was the video that finally sold me on the band - I was a full-blown fan after this one. This song and Koolaid Kids are my favourite songs of their's - the lyrics in both songs are so strong - despite being about very different subjects, and Dany really brings it in these live performances, especially. But like they always say, the last TW song you heard is usually their best song.

Been a fan since my oldest kid (he's 34) shared their guest shot on Ellen show April of 2015 as late birthday freebie to me (I met my wife while hauling gear for a local bar and party band in early 80's Seattle). Both my son's play recreational guitar. Me? I was not even allowed to do more that haul stuff up and down stairs and keep drunk hands off the dancers that were part of the band.

The Warning is an amazing group. Please do the song Zombies by the Cranberries and then the remix done by Bad Wolf and read the little script at the beginning and the end of the Bad Wolf video. Those two videos are incredible. The song The Day They Became Angels by Jonathan Cain is a very moving and powerful song. He wrote it for the, I think, 25th anniversary of the Our Lady of Angels school fire in Chicago, Illinois. Jonathan was one of the students who survived. With the exception of Jonathan, almost all of the students who survived ended up choosing to pursue careers in the medical field or as a first responder. Jonathan is part of the band Journey and he said in an interview, that was part of a documentary about the fire that I watched, some of Journey’s songs including Carry on My Wayward Son resulted from trying to move on as a survivor of the fire when so many of his classmates, schoolmates, and teachers died.

Dany (guitar) works hard to get the emotion correct that Pau (drums) was experiencing when she wrote this song... it is about a childhood friendship breaking up... basically the story is that someone said something like, "come hang out with us. that band thing won't go anywhere. why are you wasting your time?" well, you can imagine how that went over... TWA like to joke that the moral of the story is "Don't upset Pau or you may be memorialized in a song" 😹 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

If you are interested, I suggest you listen to a song by one of the young stars of Polish pop music. This song became the anthem of the Russian-Ukrainian war in Poland. The song "Mom, you were crying" (in polish "Mamo tyś płakała". Sung in a duet with Igor Herbut - "Sannah and Igor Herbut - "Mamo, tyś płakała"). Vocalist Sannah wrote this song in two days. Despite its age, its repertoire includes about 30 songs that are hits on the Polish market. However, to fully understand the songs created by Sannah, you need to use the lyrics to experience and understand what she is singing about. I consider her one of the greatest Polish artists of the 21st century. However, her repertoire includes many other interesting songs. And this is especially about the lyrics, combined with the music and the singer's great voice. (I should note that not every song has a video clip, but it's worth listening.) Danys singing voice is deep but still very feminine. It's kind of dumb luck she has this brilliant mid range tone but that's what draws you in because anyone can sing along. Her tone I would say ,is in a range that an avg person can relate with. I'd say the same for Pau's singing voice because it's in the same range.
