Leave it to Arin to, instead of looking for the key to get inside the observatory in Creece Canyon to just assume it must be elsewhere (it's to the left of the zipline for the lovelies playing at home) and just nopes right out of there instead. Given that the item needed for progression and the beacon for the story both are inside this is gonna be a LONG one (if they don't drop it next episode).
@SubjectiveObserver9 ай бұрын
Tbf, it is typical for games like this to put key items in different levels. It's a valid strategy to bounce around the map, prodding at random areas to see where you can make progress. As long as they are still making progress (burning a tapestry, beating the horse, learning the layout) there's nothing to worry about.

I am just so in awe of how amazingly this game captures all of the things that made the CD-i Zeldas funny-terrible. They make the smallest touches - like the poor recording quality of some of the characters’ voice lines, awkward line deliveries, inexplicable character interactions - feel like the pinnacle of stylistic game design. It takes a lot of skill to craft something so intentionally “bad”. The thing that stands out to me here that makes it more charming, though, is that Arzette is sort of the straight man amidst the wackiness of the world; her VA is good, she has a consistent personality, and she is just as weirded out by the many quirks of the NPCs as you are. She’s not immune to it all, but her being relatively “normal” is an aspect that I think adds a lot to an already great tribute.
